A replacement button for the Kobo Clara HD, remixed from the Kobo Clara Button. It's a lower, slightly longer version with a small through-hole in one end, made to print in flexible TPU for a soft, grippy feel.
Print settings (tested on Ender-3 S1 Pro, Klipper):
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Filament: TPU 95A (Creality TPU), 1.75 mm
Nozzle temp: 210 °C (first layer 220 °C)
Bed temp: 50 °C first layer, 45 °C after
Layer height: 0.2 mm (0.3 mm first layer)
Flow: 0.84, max volumetric speed 2.3 mm³/s (about 30 mm/s)
Retraction: 1.5 mm @ 25 mm/s, z-hop off
Fan: 70–85%
Pressure advance (Klipper): 0.193
Ironing: topmost surface only, 5% flow
Supports: none; print flat
Notes:
Flow and pressure advance were tuned for this printer and spool; tune them for yours.
The wall around the 1.2 mm hole is about one line (0.4 mm) thick at the top, so don't make the hole bigger.
The included 3MF already has the seam on the hole end and the ironing set up.
Post-processing: after printing, I pushed a heated 1.2 mm wire through the hole to clear any TPU strings and open it to full size.
