📱 iPhone 18 Pro – 3D Printable Display Model
Ever wanted your own iPhone 18 Pro? Well, now you can 3D print one! 😎
This is my 3D-printable iPhone 18 Pro-inspired display model, designed with separate components so you can easily customize the colors and create your own unique version.
The model features a detailed camera bump, three individual camera inserts, a separate screen, and additional inserts for the flash and LiDAR sensor.
The best part? You don't need a multicolor printer! Every component can be printed separately and assembled afterward, making this project perfect for anyone with a standard single-extruder 3D printer.
I've already printed several physical versions in different color combinations, including white, Prusa orange, and pistachio green!
Whether you want a realistic-looking phone, a colorful display piece, or just something fun to 3D print, this model is a great little project.
🖨 Printing Instructions
The model is separated into individual parts to make printing and customization easier.
Recommended printing tips:
Use supports on the build plate only.
Print the individual components separately for multicolor assembly.
Choose different filament colors for the body, screen, cameras, and smaller inserts.
Clean up any support material and check the fit of each part before final assembly.
If necessary, use a small amount of suitable adhesive to secure any loose inserts.
Since the colors are determined by the individual components, you can create nearly any combination you want without an MMU or automatic filament changer.
Color inspiration:
🤍 White body + black cameras + black screen
🧡 Prusa orange body + black details
💚 Pistachio green body + black details
🩵 White body + light-blue accents
Feel free to experiment with your own combinations!
📂 Included Files
All the individual components are provided as STL files.
File | Description | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
Body.stl | Main phone body | 1 |
Screen.stl | Front screen insert | 1 |
Camera.stl | Individual camera insert | 3 |
LiDAR.stl | Shared insert for the flash and LiDAR positions | 2 |
Assembly.stl | Complete assembled model for reference | Reference only |
Note: The LiDAR and flash use the same STL file, so simply print it twice! You can even print the two copies in different colors.
The Assembly.stl file contains the complete model and is useful for checking the final appearance and component placement. For multicolor printing, I recommend using the separate component files.
🧩 Assembly
Once all the parts are printed, it's time to put everything together!
Important: Glue is required for assembly! The individual inserts fit loosely into their corresponding openings and are not designed to snap or press into place.
Prepare the body: Remove any supports and clean up the openings.
Install the screen: Apply a small amount of plastic-compatible glue and carefully position the screen insert on the front.
Add the cameras: Apply a little glue to each of the three camera inserts and place them into the camera bump.
Install the smaller details: Glue the two LiDAR/flash inserts into their corresponding openings.
Let everything dry: Check that all components are properly aligned and allow the adhesive to cure before handling your finished model.
💡 Tip: Test the placement of every component before applying glue! Use small amounts of adhesive to avoid excess glue spreading onto the visible surfaces.
Use the included Assembly.stl and gallery images for reference.
And that's it! Your 3D-printed iPhone is ready for display! 📱🎉
