Your sound, as a headphone stand. WAVEFORM grows its column from a sound wave: a name, a word, or a few seconds of your own voice. Download one of the four ready-made waves, or make one that nobody else has.

Every wave uses the same base from 00_Base (blank, or with a WAVEFORM label).
Make your own (free, on your computer)
Install OpenSCAD and open WAVEFORM_Headphone_Stand.scad, then Window › Customizer.
From a name: type it in name_or_word, and in base_text for the label.
From your voice: record 2–6 seconds, open the free Wave Code generator, drop the audio and copy the code: https://claude.ai/artifact/8KaKeS9QG1SY3C95myRfe7?sk=THm9Dg9Nbit0KyTxR33YBQ Paste it into wave_code and set number_of_fins to the same number. Your audio never leaves your browser.
Set part to base, text, lower and upper in turn, press F6 and use File › Export › STL for each.
You can also change the fin shape (round, squircle, hexagon, soft triangle, octagon), twist (0–180°), height (245–300 mm), headband groove (26–48 mm), coin pockets, rubber-feet recesses and joint clearance.
Designed to print well
No supports. Every fin has a 45° underside; sharp rises in a wave are softened automatically.
3 parts, keyed joints. D-shaped pegs fit one way only, so the twist and the label line up. The joint hides in a fin groove.
Stable. 150 × 124 mm base, three Ø 27 mm coin pockets and four Ø 10 mm feet recesses.
Two colors without MMU. Print the two columns in different colors, and add a color change for the label.
Two-color label in PrusaSlicer
Select WAVEFORM_Base_Blank.stl and WAVEFORM_Label_WAVEFORM_Color2.stl together and drag them in.
When PrusaSlicer asks to load them as a single object with multiple parts, choose Yes.
Right-click the label › Change extruder › 2. No multi-material: add a color change at 12.2 mm in the layer slider.
Assembly
Push the lower column onto the base peg, then the upper column onto the lower peg. Optional: super glue, coins under the base and four 10 mm silicone feet. Too tight? Export with joint_clearance 0.25; too loose, 0.15.
