RJC Wall Organizer System — Shelf

A shelf that actually belongs on your wall system. 3 inches of deep, sturdy shelf for the RJC Wall Organizer — glasses, flashlights, small boxes, whatever needs a home. Angled sides, clean lines, zero wobble. Printed, mounted, and loaded so you don't have to guess.

The shelf is the proving ground for the whole system: 216×110mm plate, a 76mm (3") deep floor, and a 20mm front lip so things stay put. The sides are 45° angled walls that do double duty — they contain your stuff and they're the structural support, no brackets needed. Four v4.3 posts lock it to the band with the same drop-in, slide-down click as everything else.

It prints upright with the floor flat on the bed — tree supports only under the four rear posts, nowhere else. Mine's holding my glasses right now and it hasn't moved a millimeter.

Printing suggestions

• Orientation: pre-oriented — prints upright as mounted, floor flat on the bed.

• Supports: tree supports under the four rear posts ONLY. Nothing else needs support.

• Brim: recommended for bed adhesion on the large flat floor.

• Layer height: 0.2mm; 0.28mm works for a faster functional print.

• Walls/infill: 3–4 walls, 15–20% infill. (For reference: ~138g, ~3.5 hours at 0.2mm.)

Material

PETG recommended — shelves carry weight and PETG resists creep better than PLA. PLA works for light loads.
