The CUBE longtail e-bike has a abus frame lock, but the original threaded spacer is not the right size. This is one is!
The original lock spacer on the midframe (see picture) is too short and not wide enough. This results in a lot of play, and when riding the rack in the middle frame will rattle.
I changed the dimensions, and now it has a perfect snug fit. And no more rattling cage! Threading also works perfectly to hold the lock in place.
Printing Suggestions
It made this with TPU which is close to the original material. Possibly PETG will also work. PLA might not be the best option for outdoor use.
No supports are needed.
