Those who still own a COMX-35 or PC-1 and have a broken expansion casing, are designing some form of expansion card or building one from AVI (www.comx35.com) now can print a new one with a 3D printer. Slightly adjusted to make printing better :
- Side are now straight because it is not spray molded anymore
- Both bottoms are flat to prevent hanging of filament
- Pins inside the lid are thicker to prevent breaking off
- Side lockers have extra back plate to prevent breaking off
- COMX logo is not deep enough still, will post a revised one later.

How I Designed This
My father-in-law,John Heggen (www.anjobest.hobby-site.com) made this from the original with Solidworks so all the credits for the design go to him !
