CORE ONE +/L SwingArm Rebuid

Le problème du SwingArm de la core One, c’est un jeu excessif qui augmente avec le temps,

En faisant la maintenance, j’ai constaté une usure anormale.

The issue with the Core One’s SwingArm is excessive play that increases over time. While performing maintenance, I discovered abnormal wear. My C1 has 1,800 hours of operation and has gone through 335 km of filament.

J’ai donc essayé de remédier à cela en modifiant le SwingArm et cela fonctionne très bien pour le moment.

So I tried to remedy this by modifying the swingarm, and it’s working very well for the time being.

J’ai utilisé

1 broche de 3mm de diamètre et de 30mm de longueur

2 roulement de 8mm de diamètre extérieur, 3 mm de diamètre intérieur, et 4mm de large (3x8x

I used:

1 pin, 3mm in diameter and 30mm in length

2 bearings with an 8mm outer diameter, 3mm inner diameter, and 4mm width (3x8x4)

2 M3 x 4 heat-set inserts 2

M3 x 18 screws

Le montage est simple, .  Mount is very easy 

J’ai utilisé de l’ABS CF pour le matériau, plus souple que le PC CF

5 périmètres, remplissage 100 %

Assembly is straightforward; you may want to run a 3mm drill bit through the holes, just in case they have shrunk. I used ABS-CF for the material—it’s more flexible than PC-CF and highly durable.
