I couldn't find a suitable insulator in stores or online, so I had to design one myself.
A 12mm thick rope can pass through the tensioner. The entire structure is designed to prevent any rotation during use or while being tightened. If you secure the rope and the antenna wire close to the insulator, you further minimize the risk of rotation.
One end of the insulator is slightly flatter; it is best to place this side face-down on the print bed.
I have tested one unit—printed in PLA with 2-wall thickness, a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, and 15% infill. It held up well under a 400kg load and began to fracture at around 500kg. If you print a similar version using PETG with a wall thickness of about 7 layers, the insulator will not fail under normal operating conditions.
