Open Print Tag Adapter

Various adapters for spools from different manufacturers, designed for the OpenPrintTag system.

Simply look up which adapter fits your spool in the table below and print it. 

You can purchase empty OpenPrintTags from Prusa here. Further infos about the OpenPrintTags are here.

Note: You need to print the adapter twice (one for each side, but the OpenPrintTag will only be sticked on on one side).

I plan to further develop and refine the system in the near future—feel free to check out my backlog below. You are also welcome to suggest new ideas!

Print settings

• + ideally PETG, PLA - PC, PA11, ASA, ABS possible

• 0,2mm layer height

• 0,4mm nozzle

• 3 perimeterlines

Assembly 

1. Print the adapter you need for your specific spool. You need the adapter twice (one for each side, but the OpenPrintTag is only sticked on one side). If you are unsure which adapter you require, take a look at the table above.

2. Stick the Open Print Tag onto one of both rings.

• You are free to remix the model. All remixes must be shared under the same license agreement as the original model, including this text and the license details below. 

• If you send the model to someone else, this text and the license details must be transmitted together with the model. 

• You are NOT allowed to earn money with this model or remixes of this model, as long as you didn't get a specific license for this use case. Get in contact if you're interested. This includes the use for commercial events, festivals or similar, where you don't directly sell this model or prints of it, but use it as a giveaway or present to your paying customers or visitors.  

• You are NOT allowed to share this model on other platforms under your own name, this includes remixes that are only a minimal change to bypass this rule. 

• You are ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED to upload this model or remixes of it on the platform www.makerworld.com.
