Universal Parametric Storage Box and Modular System features an original screw-locking mechanism that ensures reliable closure and prevents accidental opening. Created in Fusion 360, it is currently used as a pencil box and printer accessory storage, with dimensions fully adaptable to your needs—just share your sizes in the comments for a new STL file.
The test batch shown was printed in PETG for easy assembly, using a 0 4 mm nozzle with a 0 2 mm layer height on a high-quality print profile. All parts are fully 3D-printed.
To assemble, align the lid and box, then insert the pins into their designated slots and secure them with the washers, which fit into the recesses on the pins. Next, insert the screw-lock into the opening in the lid and fasten it with the nut.
