When attaching NEMA23 stepper motors with damper to my Railcore® II ZLT, I found that the shaft of the rear stepperjust barely fit into the pulley. I created this riser to fit between the top extrusion and stepper mount, raising the stepper. It now fits better and more fully engages the pulley.
Designed to work with the NEMA23 stepper brackets from Mandala Rose Works.
I used a 20mm M3 button-head bolt with a lock washer to fix the part to the printer. Without the washer, the bolt is just a little too long and bottoms out in the extrusion.
