If you want to get rid of the "0" infront of the several text strings you have to add a "Space"
to it like
" .4" instead of ".4" (hard to see)
This is due to a customizer bug.
It works in OpenSCAD flawlessly.
So you might want to download the OpenSCAD file instead and change values there.

Notes:
If you want to print the lid you should split the object using Cura or Slic3r or any other programm and then scale the lid to about 102%.
I printed the Openscad settings which are default.
If you choose the textsize to small your slicing programm might not slice the text.

How to separate STL-files
on the "old" Cura-version 15.04.5
You can just right click on the object an hit "Split object into parts"
On Repetier-Host select the "Gear-Symbol" next to the object
click on "Split Object"
