After going through a Stryfe where I botched the switch mount, went from hot glue to epoxy, and had an overall mediocre time, I looked into developing a printable switch mount. Its friction-fit capable nature was inspired by Out of Darts' switch plate design, but this requires hardware to mount.
Requires two M3 screws (preferably about 14mm in length give or take), and minor modifications to the stock covering plate to secure the switch. It will hold by friction alone, although you definitely can glue down the switch plate.
V1.1: Long time coming, should have done this sooner: Edited the switch plate to actually fit without needing to cut a third of the screw-hold down point by moving the entire switch mount a few millimeters lower. Still works.
V1.2: After knowing for a while that there was a slight reliability issue with the stock rev trigger, I finally got around to fixing it. I have since then created a piece that can be superglue'd onto the stock rev trigger that will ensure that it engages with the switch no matter how hard I try to make it not engage.
