Its a holder for lightsabers, fitted to an older IKEA shelf.
I know, thats not quite universal. But the required changes in thickness and hole distance are easy to make.
The bottom holder is very sturdy and holds heavy sabers with batteries very easily.
The upper part is just for stabilisation, its two springs make it easier to grap the saber of the holder and put it back in from various angles.
