Completely 3D printed 4" HVAC or dryer vent cover with shunt wall adapter for quick install and easy printing. Small form factor cover fits in otherwise difficult areas.
Use a small piece of 1.75mm filament to create flap hinges!
Install
- Fit the shunt adapter to your wall.
- Fit the plate over the adapter and fasten with screws (holes are 3mm), drilling pilot holes as necessary.
- Insert small pieces of filament in flap hinge holes and cut to length (1.6mm or less protruding). Insert into plate.
