Simple case for https://github.com/holmesrichards/cabletester
Designed to fit the 0.96" screens available cheaply from the usual suspects.
Needs 4 M3x5mm to hold down the board, the holes are the right size but will need to be tapped by the screw.
Currently only the GVCD (J6) header is available. If you need the other let me know.
