This is a hook/bracket to hang an Ikea Ikornnes with tape or adhesive instead of the screws. I'm using some cheap aliexpress repositionable tape, but you can use whatever.
When printing, I'd recommend using a healthy number of top layers to ensure everything is good and solid.
