This is a very simple Wind Power wind turbine for the 2016 division C Science Olympiad. It should be fully rules complaint but check dimensions before using this design.
The Hub Bub is an easy to attach hub that allows 1/8" wooden dowels to be used to attach fins to the CD. The Super Hub Bub is the same, it just supports 8 dowels instead of 4. Note that you will need a printer able to print thing fairly dimensionally accurate or you will spend a lot of time either gluing or sanding the dowels.
The dowels should be firm while in place but still removable. Helpful note, glue to the 'shiny' side of the CD.
Note: At time of upload, the design has not been tested in competition and has no guarantee of performance.
