Hi,
I made this holder for Philips Sonicare, but can be used for other brands as well (brush neck thickness <7mm). The toothpaste opening is ~37mm. Mount it by gluing using silicone to a tile.
I suggest PETG for bathroom conditions, but you can use any material you'd like. Supports are preferred (for toothpaste holder openings). Printed in standard 0.2mm layer with 0.4mm nozzle (and 0.4mm width) is't quite robust when using 3 walls. Make sure to print with mounting side facing the printer bed.
