22mm add and that "almost" works, be careful because the wires of filament sensor can be bite between the extruder and the holder if you are in top and "go to home".
I'm not sure you can print if you need the full height in Z axis.

I printed this in PETG to prevent the parts from melting if the light heats up
60% infill, gyroid, 0,20 layer height, 4 perimeters
