About this project
I modeled this clip to hold our fabric pool cover in place by securing it to the pipe frame.
Maybe it will also be handy for you!?
Our pool's frame pipes have an outer diameter of 40mm. The clips have an inner diameter of 38mm to ensure a snug fit.
As the PrusaSlicer and Fusion360 Files are included, you can modify the clip to your liking.
Print Settings
I've printed the clip (twelve in total) using zero infill, zero top, and bottom layers but just four perimeters. These settings make them sturdy and easily printable.

- Infill: 0
- Top Layers: 0
- Bottom Layers: 0
- Material: PETG
- Nozzle: 0.4mm
- Layer Height: 0.2mm
