My Yeti Rambler 10oz Lowball was just slightly too big to fit my cupholder, forcing me to have to hold my drink the whole time I'm driving. I made this simple, easy-to-print adapter that now allows me to put my Lowball in my cupholder while driving.
It was designed for my 2015 Ford Fusion but I imagine it would fit other vehicles as well. The outer diameter at the base of the adapter is 75mm and the outer diameter just under the chamfer is 85mm. So if those diameters will fit in your vehicles cupholder then I think you will be fine. This design fits well in my cupholder and the Lowball fits snug inside with little movement.
I recommend printing in PETG or ABS in order to withstand the heat of being left in a car during the summer. It gets really hot in the summer where I am so PLA wouldn't be ideal.
I printed in Black Overture PETG without supports and it turned out really well.
