A snug fit cap for a 80mm tube. It fits the Felder AF16 dust extractor, but can be used on any 80mm tube.

This cap fits an outer diameter 80mm tube. I made it for the Felder AF16 dust extractor, but it can be used on any tube of that diameter. It is made quite sturdy to withstand a heavy suction. The bottom is 5mm and the sides 3mm. I printed it with 3 perimeters and 4 solid layers at the bottom in PETG. But it can also easily be printed in PLG. I just wanted the extra flexibility in the print that PETG provides for a tight fit. I used 25% infill but I think it would had been just as fine with 15%. The strength in the print comes from the 3 perimeters anyway.
