Technically I design this from scratch, but I "borrowed" a lot of the design and wanted to use the same holder. So, a remix it is. I also added the step file for anyone who really wants to further modify it.
I hated the printed thread, much prefer inserts. So you'll need a chamfered M3 screw + M3 threaded insert on top of the printed parts. And the needles, of course.
