This three-axis gimbal allows you to mount a Raspberry Pi Zero or Zero W and two types of camera boards, provides three axes of adjustment and stands on its base or the base can be mounted to a wall.
Hardware needed:
- 3x M3 nuts
- 1x M3x10mm screw for the PCB support plate
- 2x M3x12mm screws for the other two axes (because they are thicker)
- (Optional) ¼-inch x 20 (¼-20) nut for base
- (Optional) #6 or #8 drywall screws
I cut some foam rubber non-slip drawer liner mat to fit between the joints. This creates a friction fit which allows the three axes to be adjusted but also stay in place over time.
I am using two different camera modules with this mount. The plate supporting the Raspberry Pi also has holes for accepting both of these camera modules.
