Chris de Jongh’s Tripod:

https://www.printables.com/model/244504-print-in-place-tripod-v09

This mount should fit all phones with and without cases. It’s meant to be teamed up with Chris de Jongh’s amazing and easy print in place tripod (While your at it please checkout some of his other designs).

The size can be adjusted via a nut on the back, while the tension on the ball joint can be adjusted by tightening a nut on the “pip_universal_mount”  (I use a ball joint so the phone can capture in 360 degrees) This pip_universal mount can be attached to the tripod with a little bit of super glue

PLESE NOTE: The threads for both the pip_universal_mount and the phone size adjustment screw may not move smoothly. You may need to tweak for printer settings (splicing tolerance). I have had some trouble designing it to avoid this obstacle, so I am still working on it. Hopefully it will be better in a later version, if you had problems with this one. Please let me know if there are flaws, and if you could help to fix them, I want this to be good so critique it as much as you want;)

Also huge shout out to to Chris de Jongh for letting me design something to go with one of his. Please support him and his design effort.

Version 2: New and improved, hopefully better functionality and aesthetic. The design is inspired by I mount I printed for using octoprint with a phone. And it still works with the print in place tripod.
