This is a little Gridfinity model I have made that can hold your active soldering iron, and has a tray for a brass cleaning wool type thing.
I'm using it for my Pinecil (V2), but it should also work with the TS-100, and similar small-sized soldering irons.
i used a generic 608 bearing for the ring.
UPDARE 03.10.2023:
- Increased bearing diameter from 22.0mm to 22.1mm
UPDATE 29.09.2023:
- Made the ring thicker again
- Added a small lip to the bottom of the ring to prevent the bearing from falling out
UPDATE 02.04.2023:
- Made the sidewalls a lot higher, so that little bits of solder don't shoot out as easy.
- Reduced the thickness of the ring.
UPDATE 24.02.2023:
- Added version for M3 Countersunk screws
UPDATE 21.02.2023:
- Remade the entire F360 project file using this Gridfinity Add-in for Fusion 360.
- F3D & STEP files are now proper project files.
- The bin now has proper Prusa-style screw holes!
- Some dimensions are now slightly different.
