Additional holes made to RC1 model for faster printing and less material consumption. Printed headbands are donated to healthcare services in Czech republic by community around DDH Helceletova - Robotárna.
Despite how much material was removed, the headband is very comfortable to wear, and easy to print. Also, we discovered, that second part of shield is not really necessary, when you use PET foil, that's thick enough (0,5 mm and more).
Small groove was made on top of rubber band mount for easier attachment and stronger hold.
