This is a basic oxygen carrier I made for my grandma who could not afford to buy one since insurance didn't cover it. It may wobble a bit if put on an uneven surface, so there are optional side supports you can glue on to make it easier to keep steady. Please let me know if you want any changes made!

Items needed:
2 5/16-18 hex bolts
2 5/16-18 hex nuts
2 M6- 1.00 x 45 phillips screws
1 5/16-18 coupling nut
2 M6-1.00 hex nuts
1/2 in pvc pipe (around 6 in for the roller wheels)
3/4 in pvc pipe ( i used around 4 feet total split into 2, but can be tailored depending on the person it is made for since these are the main rods)
2 razor scooter wheels
2 velcro straps to tighten the tank down
(optional) lanyard string for the adjustable height pin
I printed using PETG for strength and flexibility. I drilled holes into one of the 2 3/4 pvc rods to enable breaking down the carrier for transport. The handle is assembled by putting the cap on top of the adjustable pvc, placing a bolt through the handle down into the cap, then screw it into the nut and glue down for extra strength. The main axle is made but inserting the coupling into the center of the short pvc, and screw the long bolts through the razor wheels into the coupling until they are evenly spaced.
