A hardware mount for the beaglebone black/CRAMPS 3d printer interface. Two part solution including standoffs, strain relief, and active cooling mount for 20 mm fan. Mounting holes for M5 screws onto 2020 extrusions.
Instructions
Print top and bottom separately. Use 2 x M5 x 10mm screws and M5 t-slot nuts to mount to 2020 extrusions. To mount BBB and CRAMPS, use use #4-40 x 1-1/4" machine screws. Top and bottom are held together by 4 #6-32 x 3" (#4-40 or M3 machine screws will fit better). 20 mm fan is held in place by 4 M4 x 20 mm machine screws and nuts.
