I used the 4 peg pattern and made a bracket step and holder for air tools so far with more to come.

I could not find a model for the geometry used in my pallet racking so I made some. Included several models of hooks and shelves including a blank plate to add your own geometry for customization. You will find the attached dimensions of the pallet racking I designed around. I have tested the hooks in PLA. I would suggest a high fill rate (used 100%) for the tabs going into the racking and at any stress points. Most configurations will require support on the tabs during printing to maintain dimensional accuracy. The step has held me numerous times and I'm 250 lbs. I didn't test to failure but it held up way better than what I thought.
