I created (2) different types of the Sergeant Major rank in order to choose from a plain and flat star to a 3D version star at the center. When printing the 3D star, labelled "SgtMaj V2", the below perimeters worked best for me on all of my printers. These are settings relate to Cura Slicer:
Print Speed: 45-55mm
Print Walls: 4 layers at 1.2 mm thickness and select “Optimize Wall Printing Order”.
Print Top/Bottom: 4 layers at both top/bottom at 1.2 mm thickness.
Infill: 20% - Line (Infill Pattern)
Quality: Normal or Higher
