This muffles the noise from the PSU fan. Remove one screw at a time (If both PSU screws are removed at the same time, the internal fan will fall into the PSU).
Print instructions
Supports are not needed if you have good part cooling fan(s). A stock Ender 3 should print with no supports no issue.
