Measure your cables/wires with calipers as in the photo, edit the .scad file, render, export and print!
Preferred material: PETG (something at least a little bit flexible)
Download the cable_holder.scad file and install openscad to your system, where you can edit it. Alternatively, you can just copy&paste the contents of the .scad file in this online version.
After measuring your cables, insert your measured values (in millimeters) separated by comma as shown in the picture then hit Render followed by Export STL.
