New support settings that seem to work better. Noted below, in the picture and in the new 3mf file "Ridgid Drill-Driver bit holders-Spt v2.3mf"
UPDATED: 2023-04-29
I have reworked the bit holders after someone commented that theirs were a tight fit. I discovered several things that contributed to some inconsistencies that I hope I have resolved.
For starters, when I originally designed them, I had a 0.6 nozzle that I was trying out but over time I noticed things were not as accurate for me even though I was using the 0.6mm printer profile. After a few weeks I went back to the 0.4mm nozzle and just recently reprinted one of my holders and it was a different fit and very tight. Even the same branded bits would fit slightly different. I recently picked up some Milwaukee impact bits and even those fit slightly different among the bits in the kit. While doing some test prints, I decided on two things.
Use magnets to account for some looser bits
Print horizontally
Printing horizontally lays down the layers more evenly because variations in extrusion width is pretty much eliminated. This means using supports but that is not too bad. If someone has some thoughts on printing on the side and getting an accurate fit let me know. I have posted pics and settings of how I printed. I also tested a few support layer settings and found one that works for me without going into any extensive testing. If someone has better settings let me know. I use PrusaSlicer and posted pics of my settings. I used the painted on feature but I think letting it auto set them would be the same as it is all a flat surface. The main settings I changed were the interface pattern spacing so less of the support material would be in contact with the layer it touches.
I ordered 5x2mm magnets but the actual size when I measured was 5x1.75mm. While that works for me, the drawback is I made the holes 1.8mm depth which will cause the magnet to stick out if you get a brand that is truly 2mm height. But that is not necessarily a bad thing. You want the bit to be flush with the magnet. Better too tall than too short and cause a gap.
Here are the ones I purchased.

FINDMAG 100 Pack Small Magnets 5x2mm
All holders are for the right side except for Ridgid Drill-Driver 8-1inch bit holder_6.37.stl which can be used on right or left. To make a left side version for the others just mirror on the Y-Axis. The .3mf file I have included has this done for all holders.
The measurements of the hexagon are 6.37mm x 7.35mm.
I have included a picture of how I glue the magnets with super glue. I have a small cup I put super glue in, use a mini screwdriver to pickup the magnet, dip it in the glue, push it into the hole and use something not metallic like a wooden paintbrush to hold it in place while I slide the screwdriver out and then push down to make sure it is in the hole.
Older files are in a folder named “Older files” but I was not able to figure out how to move that folder below the newer files or to have it default to closed. If someone knows please comment.
