3MF file has a filament change at around 1mm, print the base layer in white and the rest in whatever colour the rest of your conduit system is. The actual lens surface is 0.5mm thick allowing for LED light to pass through without the bare LED harshness. You can raise or lower the filament change point for different lighting effects.
I also have a minimalist LED attachment clip if you don't want bulky clips in your installation.
