This is an abomination of Metric and SAE components. You know how it is, you work with what you have.
- Bar stock - 1in x 0.250in x L of your choosing
- Bar Screws - 1-/4-20 flat head 5/8in
- Push Knob screws - M6 Socket Head 20mm
- Clamp Screws - M6 Head head 25mm
This has been accurate enough for my use. PETG has been strong enough. Other than the Hex Head Knob, nothing should require supports on plate. Print all to 100% infill in the orientation shown. You should be familiar with how most things work. For the Socket head Push Knob, if you haven't seen that one before, I don't know what they are called in the industry. Look up Screw-Head Mount Knob on McMaster. I recommend using a vise. Don't be a numpty and use a hammer. Wasn't my intention to go with two different types of knob, but that's what I had from a different project.
