This is to repair part 2040M0209 (and maybe 2040M0210) of AKG K240. It tends to break after some time.
Print in PETG or ABS. No supports needed. Holes require minor filing. Glue the 2 metal rods of the headband into place. A cutout is provided to install the elastic loops. While you are at it, replace the elastic loops if necessary.
