I designed this cable chain for my Flexispot E7 standing desk with tinkercad.
The main idea is to provide an easy to use way to organize multiple cables (e.g. power, monitor, speakers, …) in one chain. Compared to the classical cable chains known from 3D printers, this design has the advantage that individual cables can easily be added or removed from the chain without the need to disassemble it. The chain links are printed in multiple parts so that no support is needed.
For each chain link two clips are required. The clips should easily snap in and stay in place screws.
One assembled chain link is around 49mm long (from joint to joint). Print as many as you need for your desk.

For printing I recommend PETG because it's more flexible than PLA.
I printed with 20% infill and 0.2 mm layer height.

This project is currently work in progress but I already printed a couple of chain links and they are usable. I will soon add a mount for the bottom side of the table as well as some pictures

Feel free to adapt and improve this design for personal use - please just mark it as a remix.

Edit 2023-01-20: Uploaded new files with improved tolerances. The clips now fit pretty well without any sanding.

Edit 2023-03-23: Uploaded a top mount with holes fitting the Flexispot E7. The holes fit the metal frame straight behind the right foot. For the frame mount you also need to print 2 spacers but the top mount can also be used with any other desk by directly screwing it to the tabletop.
I have been using the chain for about 2 months now and had a couple of clips slip out of the chain links, so I used super glue to lock them in place. Since I have no bottom mount yet, the chain can twist left or right which occasionally leads to disconnected links. I'll probably design a bottom mount that snaps to the E7 feet to keep the chain straight. Also the chain links will be reinforced since I had two of them break when the chain twisted.
