I wanted a unified charging station for my mom's pixel 7 pro & Pixel watch, so I remixed this.
There is enough tolerance to fit most phone cases. The “regular” Pixel 7 looks a bit small but fits well, just as any phone without significant camera bumps.
Additionally, you need a cheap QI-charging kit. I sourced mine from Aliexpress (link), but most of the models from China should fit. Use your brain for sourcing these, I am not responsible for any caused damage, even if you electrocute your cat or burn down your entire house.
For printing, I used Overture Rock PLA. Due to possible warming of the charging coil, PETG is probably better, but I wanted the look, So I added a little sponge to the back of the coil to prevent sagging. Nevertheless, I haven't felt any temperature increase from my coil yet.
The PCB as well as the coil are simply glued in with superglue, eventough the PCB does also hold by friction. Remember to twist the coil, so the metal base points downwards and you should probably isolate the legs going to the PCB.
I recommend using supports or a litte brim, to give the model a bit more contact area and to support the pcb-mounts.
