This may be niche but I designed a tab to work with Arkon tablet mounts. This is specifically designed for the Steam Deck but can be used for smaller tablets. The tab is 17 mm wide so it can fit between the Steam Deck's vent and USB-C port as well as between the vent and the aux port to allow ventilation and no port blockage.
Design is similar to the OEM tabs. Works without adding rubber pads, but might be a good idea to add some.
The file is just one tab which can be duplicated to 4 tabs for print.
