Easily mount two 18v batteries with electrical connection
Supports 18v in series for 36-40v output (optionally incl. a “center tapped” 18v output via the 3rd PowerPole pin or leave disconnected)
Supports 18v in parallel for 18v output with double the Ah rating (suggest blocking diodes on the + side of each battery)
Do NOT charge batteries in series or parallel, remove them from this adapter and insert only in approved chargers.
Insert Qty.4 of Keystone 209. 1 Cell Leaf Spring Battery Contact, Spring Steel, Nickel Plating (into the dual holder after soldering wires on, MINIMUM of 14 AWG suggested)
Use Qty.2 of M4*16mm or 18mm cap head screw on the thick side
and Qty.2 of M4*8mm cap head screw on the thin side
Pass wires through the hole between the dual holder and the plug-in mount plate, finally cut wires to length and crimp on Qty.3 of PowerPole pins.
Glue in Qty.4 battery clips to prevent spring leaf contacts from getting pushed out.
PETG suggested for strength and heat resistance. Pictured using OVERTURE PETG Grass Green which is very close to Ryobi green.
