I wanted a neat looking hanger of some kind to hang my dogs harness on the wall and out of the way. I didn't like many of the hangers I found as they either used keyhole to secure the hook or the fasteners were completely visible.
I designed this two part disk with an arc shaped groove cut into the top to secure the harnesses. The two halves screw together completely hiding the fasteners. If you want to remove the hanger, you just unscrew the two halves and take it off the wall. I used screw in wall anchors to secure them to the wall. They are very sturdy and exactly what I was looking for.
You do need to mount the base to the wall in the correct orientation, the base has an arrow cut into it so you know the correct orientation for mounting. Arrow should point up :). The mounting holes are 25mm apart and sized for a #6 screw.
