The roof has a slight indent to make alignment when gluing the house easier.
To print this to multiple colours, slice the house and track, add a pause at 12.40mm (assuming 0.2mm layer heights), change filament for the one you want to use for the house.
Then print the roof in whatever colour you want, then glue the two pieces together, and presto! Looks great :)
