I was tired of replacing the fan on this ESC so I made a guard that supports the fan and prevents it from breaking and flying out. I have been running this for the better part of a year and have not broken a fan since installing it.
This is a pretty small part, use a 0.4mm nozzle or less and turn off any elephants foot compensation your slicer might have to improve the first layer. I suggest making it out of ABS or other higher temp material. You will need also need at least 2 12mm M2 Screws.
