„Empty Pockets“

Introduction:

The goal was to create an easy-to-print modular tray system that suits the individual needs of everyone.

Print just the trays you need and the matching connectors. You can enrage the trays as you like and need. The modular design allows you to customize your EDC Tray by using different filaments and colours.

The ring holder is inspired by "bring on the rings" from Boem Studio.

The fit of the connectors:

The connetors have a tolarance of 0.4 mm. That might be a bit too much anyway I preferred to have models that can be printed easily even if your printer is not perfectly tuned. If your flow settings are tuned, shrink the connector models by 3-5% in your slicer to guarantee a snug fit.

I included some technical drawings so that you can check if your will items fit.

Infill Options:

It is possible to skip the upper and lower layers. Just printing the walls and infill allows some pretty cool looks. Just play with the settings and find your favourite.

Printing Settings:

• layer height: 0.2
• perimeters: 4
• infill: 20-50%
