We have printed many parts of "Duplo/Lillabo bridge bricks", but in order not to have to print both directions (m/f and f/m), we made ourselves an adapter m/m.
Same size as the original. Printed with Overture PLA for us it fit better at 98%.
Update: added an f/f adapter
