I think that Otterbox makes a great style of heavy duty phone case, and I like how it's a soft shell over the phone, with a hard shell over that. My wife wanted the same for her minimalist Light Phone 2, but it's a small and obscure brand of phone and Otterbox doesn't make a case for that. After a dozen attempts, I was able to get pretty close.
Print the interior part in TPU or something else flexible, and the exterior in PLA or PETG. It should be a pretty snug fit, and you'll have to have your printer dialed in to get the dimensions for the soft case correct, but you'll have a nice solid phone. Plus the Light Phone is already quite small, so this bulky case should give it some nice heft to hold onto. You may also have to trim up the soft case a bit for a nicer fit.
