I couldn't find quite what I wanted, so I made something new. This is a holder that can be attached to an enclosure with wood screws or double-sided tape. The holes were designed to work with #6 or 3.5mm wood screws. The holder was designed for Elmer's Jumbo gluesticks that measure about 30mm in diameter.
I printed mine with PETG, at 0.24mm layer height. Walls, top, and bottom 1.4mm thick with 40% cubic infill. Tree supports for the holes.
