Wanted to have my PSU mounted* directly to my Rook using original MK1 parts. It makes it easier to move around even though it becomes a bit heavier. I've only made a version that mounts on the right side, but I can make a left version if there is a request for it.

It is a big print, I have my ender bed set to 230x230 and it just fit by turning off skirt. No support needed for the parts sticking out and sacrificial layer for the holes shown in the picture.

How I printed the lid to make it fit my bed. I used Cura with tree support and a 10mm brim. I highly recommend using PrusaSlicer 2.6 tree support instead as it uses less material.

If your bed fits it laying down, the automatic painting option seemed to do a good job not using too much material.

*As of know I've only been able to test that the holes for the PSU are correct. I'm waiting on the last part to arrive, after that I will be able to test that it can mount to the printer. Just in case I made the mounting longer to allow for adjustment or misalignment.

UPDATE 16/02/23: It's mounted and working as it should. It gives a small amount of adjustment to go up or down.

EDIT 27/02/23: Added STEP files for all the different version and lid.
